On the My timesheet calendar list, you can assume the role of another user and view the time entries submitted by them. To do so, you must first enable a workflow right.
To enable the ability to view other users on the My timesheet calendar list
- Click Settings > Lists > Organization setup > Employee roles.
- Locate and double-click the employee role you would like to modify.
You may also right-click the employee role and select Properties.
- Click the Workflow rights tab.
- Click the Can view other employees timesheets checkbox.

To disable the ability to view other users, un-select the checkbox.
- Click Save and close.
To view other users on the My timesheet calendar list
- Click Time and billing > Lists > My timesheet calendar.
- In the top, right-hand corner, locate and click the dropdown that displays your name.

- A list of all other users will appear. To view the time entries submitted by another user, click their name. The Timesheet calendar below will populate with their work.
