How to import and export Primacy configuration – Primacy customer support

Primacy configuration settings can be imported or exported from tables stored in an external database.

Enable import and export

Click Settings > Application configuration > System properties.
Locate and double-click the Primacy configuration database system property.
In the Value field, enter the database that the settings will be exported to and imported from.
Click Save and close.

Click Tools > Database maintenance > Export settings.
A warning screen will display. Click Yes to proceed and export the settings.

Backup the database that the settings were exported to.
Restore the database to the environment where you will be importing the settings.
Run Primacy Workplace in the new environment.
Click Tools > Database maintenance > Import settings.
The following screen will display. Click Yes to proceed and import the settings.

Below is a list of tables. Yes signifies that migration is needed. No signifies that migration is not needed.
