Primacy Workplace has a detailed Error code message viewer. When an issue arises, a pop-up box will appear on the screen, outlining exactly what the issue is and possibly a link to a Knowledge base article. It will also provide options to proceed.
The pop-up will include the following information:
An error has occurred.
- The screen will display a brief outline of the issue.
- There is also a Show details drop-down. By default, it is collapsed. However, by clicking the drop-down, it will reveal further detailed information.
- At the bottom of the screen, it displays Primacy's support number if you would like to get in touch and discuss the issue further.
- The error code is also displayed. There may be a link on how to resolve the issue linking to our Knowledge Base.
- Finally, the pop-up allows you to submit a ticket to our team with the information included. To submit a ticket, click Submit ticket. To exit the screen, click Close.
