You can customize the Primacy Workplace interface to meet your needs. On a day-to-day basis, you may only want to include a limited number of functions. You can decide what functionality you want to see and hide the rest.
Use navigation guides (
) to customize your workspace.
To move a navigation pane
- Click and hold the pane you want to move.

- Drag the pane to one of the navigation guides on the boundary sides of the workspace.
- Drop the pane where you want to locate it.
Show/hide elements
You can choose what elements you want to be displayed in your user interface. Use View menu to display or hide elements. You can also use the View menu to locate the Reading panel on the right, left or bottom of the screen.
Auto hide feature
You may also change the layout of the Navigation pane by clicking the Auto hide icon (
). This will be available for the Favourites section and for the Lists and Tasks sections together (i.e. treated as one). The Auto hide feature allows you to have more viewing room, while still giving you access to navigate when you need to.
Clicking the Auto hide icon will move the section(s) out of the Navigator view and collapse it into an icon on the side. Moving the cursor over the icon will initiate a sliding action which will expand the collapsed section(s) to the size of the Navigator area. Moving the cursor away from the Navigator area will allow the section(s) to collapse again.
To remove the Auto hide feature and restore the section, simply expand the section and click the Auto hide icon again.
When using the Auto hide feature for the Lists and Tasks sections, each module will present it's own icon to the side.
