This form applies to the following party types:
- Clients (Company, Trust, Foundation, Fund, Partnership, Individual/Joint)
- Contacts (Persons,Organizations)
- Business Units
- Master Institution
- Financial Institutions (Banks, Brokers, Depository, Fund Manager)

The date of the last system generated transaction posted in the general ledger. (Applies to clients only). |

The date the business party was closed. |
