Click Client administration > Lists > Clients. Open a client.

Press CTRL+Q to move the cursor to the quick launch field. Type the clients keyword into the quick launch box. Select the Clients result. Open a client.

Enter the name of (partial name of) a client into the Search for client field.
Enter the name of (partial name of) a contact into the Search for contact or employee field.
