Click Client administration > Clients. On the Clients list, select and open a trust client or foundation client.client and then click Relationships > Beneficiaries.

Navigating the list
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this list. Column positions and headers may have been changed by your system administrator. Columns may have been added to the list or removed. For more information on custom lists and views see How to manage lists and views.

Properties |
The Properties command will appear dimmed if an item is not first selected in the list. Properties will open a window containing the data from the item selected in the list. |

Refresh |
Each time you refresh data, you see the most recent version of the information in the database, including any changes that were just made to the data. |

The name of the beneficiary (secondary party). |

Benefits |
A summary of the benefits entitled to the beneficiary. |

Benefit period |
The benefit period. The options available in this pick list are user definable and can be set up in the Settings module > Lists > Application configuration > Pick list choices > BenefitPeriodCode. |

Business party ID from |
The Primacy business party identification number for the beneficiary (secondary party). |
|
Business party ID to |
The Primacy business party identification number for the trust / foundation (primary party). |
|
Contact at secondary party |
The contact at the beneficiary (secondary party). |
|
Distribution type |
The options available in this pick list are user definable and can be set up in the Settings module > Lists > Application configuration > Pick list choices > DistributionTypeCode. |
|
Revocable? |
This field will show as a check box, either checked or unchecked in the list. It will indicate whether the beneficiary entitlement can be revoked or not. |

Contact instructions |
Contact instructions for the beneficiary record. |
|
Relationship status |
This will show as Active if the relationship with the beneficiary still exists. If the relationship has expired, or been cancelled the field will show as Inactive. |

Thru date |
The date the relationship between the trust / foundation and the beneficiaryended. |
|
Business party status |
The current status of the primary business party. |
|
Type of procedure |
The type of compliance procedure used for the primary party. |
|
Business party status code |
The business party's status code. |
|
Comment |
Additional comments for the relationship. |

Created by |
The user who created this record. |
|
Created on |
The date this record was created. |
|
Due diligence requirement code |
This field is not currently in use. |

From date |
The date the beneficiary relationship began. |

Relationship to settlor |
The relationship between the beneficiary and the settlor. This is a free format text field. |

The Primacy identification code of the relationship status. |

The Primacy identification code for the relationship. |

For data which has been imported into the Primacy database this field represents the data source key. |

Source application name |
For data which has been imported into the Primacy database this field represents the data source name. |
