Administration information for groups (form) – Primacy customer support

The form is present as a tab on the Groups form. This tab keeps track of administrative information, such as when the group was created or last updated.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Field	Description
Record ID	The record identification number.
Created by	The user who created this record.
Created on	The date this record was created.
Modified by	The last user to modify the details of this record.
Modified on	The date this record was last modified.
Data source name	This field is only used when records have been migrated into Primacy.
Data source key	This field is only used when records have been migrated into Primacy.
Closed on	The date this group was closed.
Reason closed	The reason this group was closed.
