Click Client administration > Clients. On the Clients list, select and open a client and then click Meetings.
Prepare minutes and resolutions and review information for all meeting types. General information, attendees, agenda items and any custom fields can be viewed and printed.
This list applies to the following party types:
Clients (Company, Fund, Partnership, Foundation, Trust)

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this list. Column positions and headers may have been changed by your system administrator. Columns may have been added to the list or removed.

Actions |
Opens a menu of available commands associated with directors' meetings. There may be several dimmed commands in the Actions menu. These commands can be made available by first selecting an item from the list. |

Export to Excel |
Exports the current list into a new Excel document. |

Print preview |
Opens a Print preview window. |

Opens a dialogue box to select print options. |
|
Prepare minutes and resolutions |
Opens a wizard to prepare minutes and resolutions. |

Delete |
The Delete command will appear dimmed if an item is not first selected in the list. Delete will remove the selected item from the database. |

Properties |
The Properties command will appear dimmed if an item is not first selected in the list. Properties will open a window containing the data from the item selected in the list. |
|
Refresh |
Each time you refresh data, you see the most recent version of the information in the database, including any changes that were just made to the data. |

View |
Use the menu options to Select or Save a view. You can create more than one layout of the data and these can be set as defaults which can be made available to all users. |

Note |
Additional notes for the meeting. |

Business party ID |
The business party ID for whom the meeting was held. |

The client for whom the meeting was held. |

Created by |
The user who created this record. |

Created on |
The date this record was created. |
|
Is director meeting |
Yes if the this was a directors' meeting, otherwise No. |

Is resolution |
Yes if the a resolution was passed, otherwise No. |

Is shareholder meeting |
Yes if the this was a shareholders' meeting, otherwise No. |
|
Location |
The location of the meeting. |
|
Modified by |
The last user to modify the details of this record. |
|
Modified on |
The date this record was last modified. |
|
Parent meeting type |
The Primacy internal meeting type. |
|
Record ID |
The Primacy identification number for the meeting. |
