Click CTRL+Q to move the cursor to the quick launch field. Type the address keyword into the quick launch box. Select the Addresses result.

Click Client administration > Lists > Addresses.
The Address list displays a list of addresses stored in the system. These addresses can be assigned to business parties or other entities as required.
Navigating the list
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this list. Column positions and headers may have been changed by your system administrator. Columns may have been added to the list or removed. For more information on custom lists and views see How to manage lists and views.

Exports the current list being viewed into a new Excel document. |

Print preview |
Opens a Print preview window. |

Opens a dialogue box to select print options. |

Create an address |
Opens a form to add a new address. See Address (form) for more details. |

Change registered office |
Opens a wizard to change the registered office of a selected client. |

Copy address |
When an address is highlighted in the list, Copy address will paste the address fields into a New- Address form to be altered and saved as a new record. |

Delete |
The Delete command will appear dimmed if an item is not first selected in the l list. Delete will remove the selected item from the database. |
|
Properties |
The Properties command will appear dimmed if an item is not first selected in the list. Properties will open a window containing the data from the item selected in the list. |
|
Refresh |
Each time you refresh data, you see the most recent version of the information in the database, including any changes that were just made to the data. |

Close |
Closes the addresses list. |

The secondary telephone number of the location. |

The post office box number of the location. |

The name of the primary contact for this location. |

Private owner |
The name of the private owner of this location, if applicable. |

Province/State |
The province or state of the location the address will apply to. |

Record ID |
The current record's identification number. |

Registered office? |
Whether or not the place of business that this address belongs to is a registered office. |

The current status of the address. |

The street address of the location. |

Telephone 3 |
A third telephone number to contact this location, if applicable. |

The zip or postal code of the location. |
